A playful poster to promote a career development picnic. The poster visuals were created by modifying and combining multiple pieces of vector stock imagery to create the desired effect.
Project role: Designer
The assignment: Selected an inspirational art movement, research it, and design a poster for an art exposition centered around prominent designers of the movement.
Inspiration: I chose international typographic style, also known as Swiss style, because I love the way sans-serif typography, grids, and asymmetrical layouts are utilized in this movement. The red color palette and tilted grid are inspired by my research, as was the use of all lower case sans-serif typography.
